Our 50,000 sq ft purpose-built warehouse in Kwai Chung holds over 1,000,000 products ex-stock across SYSTIMAX, NETCONNECT and CPI — one of the deepest structured-cabling inventories in the region, ready for same-day despatch in standard sizes or cut-to-length.
For live projects we ring-fence stock against your project ID and pre-buy against your forecast, absorbing the carrying cost so multi-month rollouts never stall waiting for material. Need a specialty item we don't hold? Our global supplier network will source it for you.
Logistics
Same-day pick-and-pack across Hong Kong and Macau, next-day cross-border to Taiwan, with the right vehicle matched to every load — van to container — plus lift-up service for high-rise sites and full customs documentation.
When a live deployment can't wait, standby stock dispatches from Kwai Chung within hours, and any unit damaged during installation is replaced inside 24 hours — all backed by CommScope's channel warranty of up to 25 years.
